two ways to stay
Casa Nina is a newly built three-storey villa a short walk from the beach. The first floor is a complete home in its own right, with three bedrooms, a kitchen, a living room and its own front door. The second and third floors hold the main residence: four more bedrooms, a second kitchen and living room, and the rooftop terrace. A private elevator connects all three.
Book the whole villa and there is room for fourteen, with space to spread out: grandparents and early bedtimes on one floor, the night owls on another, and everyone together by the pool. Book the first floor on its own, the Half Casa, for four to six, and the pool and patio are exclusively yours and never shared with anyone else. Either way, the howler monkeys will wake you at sunrise, and you will not mind one bit.

Bedrooms & bathrooms
Seven bedrooms, six bathrooms
Every bedroom has premium linens, blackout curtains, air conditioning and a view of either the ocean or the gardens. There is no worst room in the house.
The suites
King beds, ensuite bathrooms and private balconies facing the Pacific. Open the doors in the morning and the day is already waiting.
The guest bedrooms
Queen or twin configurations, so couples, kids and cousins each get the setup that suits them. Our team plans the rooms with you before you arrive.
The bathrooms
Six of them, with rainfall showers, premium toiletries and plenty of fresh towels on arrival. Nobody waits for the shower.

Our story
The Story of Nina
Casa Nina was built for a family by a family, one that fell in love with Costa Rica more than fifteen years ago.
The villa is named after the matriarch, who wanted to create a getaway for the people she loved most: a place where everyone could gather, slow down, and feel at home, far from home.
It is still that place. Now it is yours.
