Welcome to Casa Nina
Casa Nina Flamingo is a newly built three-storey villa above Playa Flamingo on Costa Rica’s Guanacaste coast, with seven bedrooms, six bathrooms and space for fourteen. The first floor is a complete home of its own; the second and third floors hold the main residence and the rooftop terrace, and a private elevator connects all three. Grandparents, parents and kids get to be together without being on top of each other.
The beach is a short walk downhill, the marina a few minutes further, and Liberia airport about an hour by road. Private airport transfers, daily housekeeping, two chef-cooked breakfasts and our concierge are included with every stay, so the holiday starts the moment you land.
Take the whole villa for up to 14, or book the Half Casa, the private first floor with three bedrooms and its own entrance, for four to six. Either way, the pool and patio are exclusively yours and never shared.

The Casa
Two complete homes across three floors. Open them up for one big house party, or keep them separate for a little privacy. Every window looks at the ocean or the gardens.
One on each of the main floors, with sliding doors to the terraces. Somewhere for the film and somewhere for the card game.
Fully equipped, each with an island. Cook together, cook apart, or hand the whole thing to our chef.
King and queen beds, premium linens, blackout curtains, air conditioning, and a view from every one of them.
Private and facing the Pacific, with a powder room and an outdoor shower beside it so the sand stays outside.
