There are two ways to reserve. Send an inquiry through our availability form and a member of our team will reply to you personally, or book instantly through our Airbnb listing.
Booking directly connects you with the people who care for the villa every day, and it is always where you will find our best rates.
A deposit of 50% of your total secures your dates, with the balance due 14 days before arrival. We accept payment by credit card.
Both payments are set out in your booking summary, so the numbers are never a surprise.
Full refund up to 30 days before arrival; no refund inside 30 days.
For stays over Christmas, New Year's, March Break and Easter: full refund up to 60 days before arrival, 50% up to 30 days, and no refund inside 30 days.
If you are considering travel insurance, or think your dates might move, mention it to our concierge before you book and they will walk you through your options.
A refundable damage hold is placed on your credit card: $2,500 for the Full Casa and $1,500 for the Half Casa, released after your stay.
The hold is set out clearly in your booking summary before you pay, so there are no surprises when you arrive.
Casa Nina has a 4-night minimum stay. Over the festive weeks of Christmas, New Year's, March Break and Easter, the minimum is 7 nights.

No, never. The Half Casa is a private three-bedroom home with its own kitchen, living space and laundry. When you reserve it, you will have exclusive, private access to the pool and patio and it is never shared with anyone else.
The main residence upstairs is never rented alongside the Half Casa. On occasion the owners’ family may be staying there, and the pool and patio remain exclusively yours and never shared.
Your driver is included, your arrival is coordinated over WhatsApp, and the villa will be prepared for the moment you arrive.
Check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM.

Casa Nina is about an hour by road from Liberia Guanacaste International Airport (LIR), and private airport pick-up and drop-off are included with every stay. Your driver will be waiting for you at arrivals.
If you are flying into San José (SJO) instead, plan for roughly four hours by road. We will gladly arrange that transfer as well.
Early check-in is often possible when the villa is ready, and we are always happy to hold your luggage while it is being prepared. Late check-out works whenever there is no same-day turnover.

Many of our guests find a car is not needed, however, a golf cart is usually recommended at the least. The beach is a short walk away, airport transfers are included, and our concierge can arrange drivers for dinners and day trips.
If you would like your own transport, we can arrange a rental car, in all different sizes, or an electric golf cart (4 or 6 passenger), which is welcome on all local roads and a favorite way to get around Flamingo or surrounding towns to restaurants and beaches.

Playa Flamingo's white sand is a short, less than a 10-min walk from the villa, close enough to wander back whenever you please.

Playa Flamingo sits on Costa Rica's Gold Coast in Guanacaste province: a white-sand beach town on the northern Pacific, about an hour from Liberia International Airport (LIR).
Flamingo pairs a genuinely beautiful beach with everything close at hand: restaurants, a marina, and day trips in every direction.
Dry season runs roughly December through April, with reliable sun and long blue days. Green season, May through November, trades a brief afternoon shower for lush green hills, fewer crowds and gentler rates. Many of our guests call it their favorite secret.
There is no bad month here, only different moods.
Costa Rica uses the colón, but US dollars are accepted almost everywhere in Guanacaste and cards are widely taken.
Restaurants add a 10% service charge by law. Rounding up for great service, and for your guides and drivers, is appreciated but never expected.
Costa Rican tap water is generally safe to drink, and bottled water is easy to stock through our grocery delivery if you prefer it.
Spanish is the local language, English is spoken widely across the area, and our team is happy to host you in English every day.
